What is the REW linking program?
The REW linking program is designed to increase the link popularity and PageRank of real estate related websites that target specific geographical areas. Utilizing a highly advanced understanding of linking relationships, we focus on relevance, topic specificity and, above all else, benefit to the user. In this way, we are ensuring the highest quality of links, and also that your website is never associated with link farms or non-relevant link exchanges.
The REW directory
A directory of relevant real estate web sites is created on your website and managed by the REW linking team. This directory is segregated into pages for the individual states of the USA and also includes a page for Canada, and international real estate sites. This further increases the relevance of your outbound links and adds another layer of the relevance benefit to your linking partners. Example Directory
"All-in-anchor" migration
With our linking program we practice what our principal Morgan Carey (aka SEO Guy) has coined allinanchor migration. Allinanchor migration means that we create a list of targeted keyword phrases for your website and unique destination pages for those keyword phrases. We then migrate between these phrases on a weekly / biweekly basis until such time as we have achieved top 3 rankings in Google for the allinanchor: operator. Once we have a top 3 ranking for the allinanchor: command for all of our initial phrases, we create a new list of keywords and destinations - thus we are constantly targeting more and more relevant phrases for your market.

How do we do it so cheaply?
Our program makes use of the volume of clients we have in the linking program to generate revenues. Thus a substantial discount "per site" can be offered. As you will see at our real estate linking page , we list all of our clients along with their linking code on one page, so whether we have 2 clients or 400 clients, adding another does not increase our overhead, because our letter that we mail is still going to say the same thing:
"We represent 'X' amount of highly ranked high PR real estate websites and we would like to exchange links with you from ALL OF THEM!" Once you have linked to all of our clients, please let us know where you have placed our links and what you would like as your linking code. Now ask yourself: if you were confronted with 10+ search engine friendly real estate sites, many with very high PageRank, would you turn down the opportunity to link exchange? Not if you know even the basics of link exchange. Having this many sites also increases our rate of return, as we have the leverage of many sites and high PR. However, we take it a step further and make every attempt to educate those who don't understand the benefit we are offering them, so that we maximize the rate of return even further.
The math
We currently have 2 full time links managers dedicated to JUST real estate, putting in an average of 37.5 hours per week each. Therefore our linking clients enjoy 75 hours of service per week, or 337 hours per month - that's right, 337 HOURS PER MONTH!!! Now we need to account for the time it takes to upload links to each site each day, and with our system we have it down to an average of 20 min's per site per day, which is approximately 1.2 hours per week per site, or 5.4 hours per month. We currently have 14 sites we mail for, so we must subtract 75.6 hours from the total mailing hours for link upload - thus the final total is 337-75.6 = 261.4 hours that EVERY site is getting mailed for. Remember that number: 261.4 hours of mailing for your website.
The cost
Our linking service costs $500 USD per month with no obligation or contract. As long as you are happy with how many links we are getting, you continue, no strings attached. Apply our math above and you will see that you are paying $500 USD / 261.4 per hour. In case you don't have a calculator, that works out to $1.91 USD per hour for a professional links team trained specifically and extremely experienced in how to acquire real estate relevant links. Now most realtors will admit they are not experts in link building, but they will also tell you that they bill themselves out at a minimum of $100 USD per hour. Put 2 and 2 together and you will see at $100 USD per hour a realtor only has 5 hours to spend to get to the expenditure of our program. Now ask yourself, do you think a realtor can get as many links in 5 hours as a professional team can get in 261 hours? And don't forget, that is if as a realtor you ONLY bill yourself at $100 USD per hour.
